PADI Courses
PADI Scuba diving certifications and courses, from beginner to Divemaster and beyond
The Belize Barrier reef is the biggest reef system in the Western Hemisphere and with UNESCO world heritage sites, and the Whale sharks of Gladden Spit, make it one of the best dive destinations in the Western Caribbean.
There’s no better location than Placencia for you to learn to scuba dive with the PADI Open Water course, or to advance your skills and knowledge with the PADI Advanced Open Water course, or how about improving your confidence and ability to help other dives by enrolling the PADI Rescue Diver course.
Whatever interests you, Splash Dive Ceter, and their experienced and knowledgeable staff can offer you training that exceed your expectations. The Splash Dive Center instructional team is headed by Patty Ramirez who holds the highest rating of a PADI Course Director and is qualified to train scuba divers to PADI Instructor, and our other Instructors hold the rating of PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers, so if you’re interested in learning underwater digital photography, or diving with enriched air, exploring wrecks, deep diving, or learning about coral reefs with the PADI Naturalist or Fish ID specialties then you’ve come to the right place.
Not only is Splash Dive Center a PADI resort facility, with the most experienced and qualified staff in the region, but Placencia offers you some of the best dive sites for learning to dive or continuing your diver education, all the way to dive professional with our Divemaster and Instructor programs.
There is now the option to enrol in e-learning for many of the PADI courses that we offer, including the PADI Scuba Diver/Open Water Diver, PADI Adventures in Diving/Advanced, PADI Nitrox, PADI Digital Photography, Dive theory online (for Divemaster training), Instructor Development Course and for periods of inactivity, the scuba review. This will save you valuable vacation time before you get to Belize, and you get to spend more time on the beach and for yourself, and are better prepared for your class.
